Olaya Residential was co-founded by Sam and Matt, two friends from school who realised that their combined expertise could be a powerful force in the property industry. As they like to say, “alone you can go fast, together you can go far.”

Our Story
At Olaya Residential, our journey began with frustration—frustration with the lack of professionalism and honesty we experienced as property investors. Time and again, we were let down by people and companies in the property market, leaving us disillusioned with the industry. But instead of accepting this as the norm, we decided to take matters into our own hands.

We started as investors but along the way, we built a team of talented individuals who shared our vision for integrity and excellence. Our team became our greatest asset—so much so, that we knew we had to expand. That’s how Olaya Property Management and Olaya Construction were born: from the ground up, with a focus on doing things right.
